Need to change your trip?

Plans move — we get it. The fastest way to reschedule is to text your confirmation number to (786) 683-5128and we’ll take it from there, usually same day. Rebookings are subject to availability, so the earlier the better (at least 24 hours ahead when you can).

Prefer to do it online? Enter your confirmation number and the phone on your reservation, and we’ll pull up your trip so you can request a new time.
