Bonanza Transportation
Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Bonanza Transportation for every reservation. Please read carefully before booking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Bonanza Transportation (“Company”), the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all reservations made through our website, telephone, email, or any other booking method.
Bonanza Transportation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
2. Definitions
- Customer – Any individual or entity booking transportation services.
- Reservation – A transportation service confirmed by Bonanza Transportation.
- Service – Private ground transportation provided by Bonanza Transportation.
- Driver – A chauffeur employed or contracted by Bonanza Transportation.
- No-Show – Failure of the Customer to appear at the agreed pickup location within the complimentary waiting period without prior notice.
3. Reservations & Payment
- Reservations may be made online, by phone, or by email.
- A reservation is not considered confirmed until accepted by Bonanza Transportation.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Payments are processed through secure payment providers.
- All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices include applicable taxes.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Bonanza Transportation understands that travel plans sometimes change.
Complimentary Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule a reservation one (1) time without additional charge, provided that:
- The request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- The requested new date and time are available.
Any additional rescheduling requests may be approved at the Company’s discretion and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation
A reservation may be cancelled online at bonanzatransportation.com/cancel using the confirmation number and the phone number on the reservation, or by contacting the Company by phone or email.
- More than 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time: a flat $60 cancellation fee applies, together with the card processing fee described below. The remaining balance is refunded.
- 60 minutes or less before the scheduled pickup time: the reservation is charged in full and no refund is due, as set out in the No-Show Policy below.
The applicable fee is determined by the time at which the Company receives the cancellation request, not the time at which the Company processes it. A request received more than 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time therefore qualifies for the flat cancellation fee even if it is processed closer to, or after, the pickup time.
Card Processing Fees
Payment providers retain their processing fee when a payment is refunded. That fee is not returned to the Company and is passed on to the Customer as a separate, itemised amount. It is shown before a cancellation is confirmed and on the cancellation confirmation email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and typically appear on the Customer's statement within 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Where a reservation was not paid by card, any amount due is settled with the Customer directly.
If the Company cancels a reservation — for example due to vehicle unavailability, severe weather, or road closures — the Customer is refunded in full, including any cancellation and processing fees.
5. No-Show Policy
A reservation will be considered a No-Show if:
- The Customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location.
- The Customer cannot be reached after reasonable attempts.
- The Customer leaves the pickup location without notifying the Company.
In these cases, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
6. Complimentary Waiting Time
Airport Pickups
Bonanza Transportation provides up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the aircraft has landed, provided the Customer supplied the correct flight number.
Non-Airport Pickups
A complimentary waiting period of 20 minutes is included.
Additional waiting time may be charged according to the Company’s current rates.
7. Flight Monitoring
For airport pickups, Bonanza Transportation monitors incoming flights using the flight number provided by the Customer.
The Company is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or missing flight information provided by the Customer.
8. Luggage Policy
Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the number and size of all luggage at the time of booking.
If luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, Bonanza Transportation reserves the right to:
- Assign a larger vehicle (additional charges may apply), or
- Decline the reservation if no suitable vehicle is available.
9. Child Safety Seats
The safety of minor passengers is the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian.
If a child requires a child safety seat or booster seat, the Customer must provide and properly install the appropriate seat before the trip begins.
Bonanza Transportation does not provide child safety seats and assumes no responsibility for their selection, installation, or use.
If the required child safety seat is not available in accordance with applicable law, Bonanza Transportation reserves the right to refuse or cancel the service without refund if necessary to comply with safety regulations.
10. Pets
Pets are welcome only with prior approval.
Bonanza Transportation reserves the right to require that pets be transported in appropriate carriers when necessary.
Customers are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from transporting pets.
11. Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage

- Creates an unsafe environment.
- Refuses to wear a seat belt when required by law.
No refund will be issued if service is terminated for these reasons.
13. Additional Stops & Route Changes

14. Lost & Found
Bonanza Transportation will make reasonable efforts to recover items left in a vehicle.
However, the Company assumes no responsibility for lost or forgotten property.

When a reservation is performed by an independent affiliate, that affiliate is solely responsible for the operation of the vehicle, the transportation service provided, and compliance with all applicable laws and insurance requirements.
Bonanza Transportation acts solely as the booking and coordination service for such reservations and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or liability of independent affiliate drivers or transportation companies, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between Bonanza Transportation and the Customer regarding the services provided and supersede all prior oral or written communications.
