Need to cancel your trip?

Plans change. Enter your confirmation number and the phone on your reservation and we’ll pull up your trip, show you exactly what the cancellation costs, and take your request.

Cancel more than 60 minutes before pickup and a flat $60 cancellation fee applies, plus the card processing fee our payment provider keeps when a payment is refunded. Everything else goes back to your card. Within 60 minutes of pickup the full fare is charged.

Only need a different time instead? Reschedule your trip — there’s no fee to move a reservation.
