Terms and Conditions:
Bonanza Transportation LLc is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown during a transfer. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the transfer by them or any member of their party. The driver has the right to terminate a transfer without refund, if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client. Bonanza Transportation LLc. is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unsafe road conditions such as weather, accidents etc. Bonanza Transportation LLc. is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
Hourly (as directed) transfers are billed in 15-minute increments. Overtime charges will apply retroactively after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the confirmation sheet.
Bonanza Transportation has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for individual reservations. Any reservation canceled within that window will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
